A Study On The Realizatio Mechanism Of Human Capital's Participation In The Distribution Of Firm's Residual Income

During the knowledge economy, human capital has more and more effect on the foundation of the core competing ability of a firm. So the firm's development relies on the human capital it owns than before. Then, it's certain to establish the status of human capital's property rights in the corporation. On this base, let the owners of human capital participate into the distribution of the firm's residual income to a wider extent. This thesis analyzed why and how the human capital participates in the distribution from theoretical and practical point of view.In theory, based on the theories of firm contract theory and human capital theory, this thesis proved the certainty of the human capital to participate in the distribution of the firm's residual income. Having analyzed and discussed the basis of the human capital's participation in the firm's residual income, this thesis pointed out that its systematic foundation was the human capital distribution theory. The direction of our distribution institution is to distribute according to the productive factors, and the participation of human capital in the distribution of firm's residual income demonstrates this distribution institution. At the same time, this thesis believed that the prerequisite of human capital participating in the firm's residual income is the realization of human capital's property right.In practice, we discussed the specific forms of the human capital's participating in the distribution of firm's residual income, unified the characteristics of the Hi-Tech industry and its core human capital, and pointed out that in the Hi-Tech industry, the most suitable distribution mode of entrepreneur human capital was the stock option plan, and themost suitable distribution mode of technology human capital was to participate to share through technology. Finally, based on the national condition of our country, this thesis had designed a series of relevant supplementary mechanism, in order to guarantee human capital's smooth participation in the firm's residual income.
