| The modern logistics industry, called "the third profit source," has been growing up rapidly in China. As the biggest economic, finance and trade center of China, Shanghai has taken modern logistics industry as one of new industries in "the Tenth Five Plan of Shanghai". Great efforts have been put to cultivate and develop. Shanghai Northwest (Jiangqiao) Logistics Park is one of the three logistics bases of Shanghai. Researching and drawing the Jiangqiao logistics industry development strategy, pushing logistics industry play an important role in decreasing logistics cost, accelerating capital flowing, enhancing resource usage efficiency, expanding labor employment, promoting regional economic developing continuously, joining the economic globalization, and building Shanghai international city etc.The paper is divided into 7 parts. The first part is to clarify the conception of logistics park and the operation modules which are used in foreign countries. In the next part, the general situation of Shanghai logistics industry development is described and background of Jiangqiao Logistics Park development is introduced. The third is to analyze the positive and negative factors of effecting the development of Shanghai Jiangqiao Logistics Park, supplying the scientific foundation for researching and drawing logistics industry strategy. After explanation of operation module and investment-profit analysis, The last part is the most important part of the paper. Started with "building four platforms, serving one center". By using the method of Boston Matrix, this part focuses on conducting the function direction of building the logistics industry development platform—Jiangqiao synthesis logistics park in detail, and put forward reasonable suggestion and measurement of building public information platform, regional economic united platform, policy system platform, and introducing the Third Part Logistics enterprises. |
