Study On Functional Zone Planning Of Lashan Pharmaceutical Logistics Park In Jinan City

The purpose of the medical logistics park planning is to integrate regional pharmaceutical resources and improve the efficiency of regional pharmaceutical logistics.Replacing the traditional scattered distribution with an intensive development model.From the perspective of promoting regional economic development and improving the structure of the regional medical supply chain,we will develop the park's business conditions of integrated warehousing,integrated distribution,and comprehensive management.The medical logistics park can comprehensively improve the efficiency of the circulation of medical resources.The construction and development of the medical logistics park has become an important part of the local economic construction.This paper is based on the planning project of Shizhong District.Based on the planning experience of advanced demonstration parks at home and abroad,the park layout plan based on SLP method is constructed.Through an in-depth analysis of the project's background and construction significance,the project's positioning is clearly defined,and on the basis of extensive data collection,secondary exponential smoothing method,elastic coefficient method,equal weight combined forecasting method,and freight distribution formula are applied to Jinan Lashan Pharmaceutical Logistics Park.Within the scope of the radiation,the freight volume in the next five years has made more objective data predictions.Based on the predicted value of freight volume,the layout of functional areas is planned using SLP method.Finally,the relative position and size of each functional area are determined by combining the functional area area measurements.Through the above several aspects of design,we finally came up with a more reasonable layout plan,and put forward safeguard measures,so that after the completion of the park,we can ensure that each operation link,functional area can be coordinated and efficient operation.This paper applies SLP to the planning of functional areas of medical logistics parks.The planning process and conclusions can provide reference for Jinan Medical Logistics Park and other domestic pharmaceutical logistics parks.
