Study On Planning Of Logistics Park In S County

With the rapid development of social economy, thus a sharp increase in demand for the logistics industry, modern logistics has become a very promising new industry. As a key part in logistic management, logistics parks play important roles in decreasing logistic costs, improving service functions of modern cities, and promoting regional economic development.Though in recent year S County has its development in logistics industry, it is still far from being able to achieve the goals of modern logistics requirements and to meet the high demand of modern logistic markets which has become one of the factors that obstructs economic development in S County. So it is a necessity to explore the planning and construction of logistics parks in S County in depth.Through the discussion of the logistics park planning theory, combined with domestic and international logistics park planning experience, this paper studies the neccisity and possibility of logistics park construction in S County. The paper offers logistic forecast, site selection, scale prediction of the park and offers layout plan on its basis. Based on historical data of total freight, Gray system GM etc, the thesis predits goods volume in future years. In terms of location, the thesis establishes evaluation index system of logistics parks by Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). In terms of construction scale confirming, the thesis calculates the area of the park by frequency-based replacement on the basis of operation volume. The paper also analysises functional layout of the park, and predicts its strategic goals. Finally, the paper offers some useful suggestions on the further improvement of the park. Through the above research of the construction planning of logistics park in S County, the thesis offers decision supports and reference for the construction and development of logistics parks in S County.
