Transforming The Dual Structure Of Rural And Urban Areas, Further The Solution Course Of The Three Rural Problems.

Recent years, the three major problems concerning agriculture, rural areas and farmers have become severe economic and social problems, even politic problems. Not only has it affected the national economic development and the whole society stability, but also become the most difficult point confronts us when we are building up a comprehensively well-to-do society. How to increase Chinese farmers' income? How to adjust Chinese agriculture? Where to divert rural population? How to realize the modernization in rural society? These are the most concerned topics in economic circle nowadays. This paper argues that the change of the dual social and economic structure formed under traditional condition, which divides rural from urban areas, is the key solution to three rural problems. Only when we transcend limitation of agriculture and rural areas, at the height of coordinated development between rural and urban areas, place agriculture production into national economy circulation, put agriculture development into the course of construction of a socialist harmonious society in china, and take the increase of farmers' income into consideration of the distribution and redistribution of socialist national income, can we solve three rural problems, break systematic barriers to rural development radically, thus further the solution course of the three rural problems.
