Research On Controlling The Working Quality Of The Auto-production Test Laboratory

What is the capability of an auto test lab, what is the capability of a auto-factory in developing and quality guarantee. And the capability of the auto test lab is from its test capability and working quality. It is the working quality to ensure the test capability can be carried out fully. In this paper, the management method of auto test lab is analyzed with the function of the auto lab. The author provide a special management form for out country according after study those test labs management from foreign factories and local factories. In chapter 1.It is the development of auto to make the development of auto test lab, and on the other hand, it is the developed auto test lab push the technical of auto developing faster. And this result gives me a chance to study the management quality of auto test lab. In chapter 2, the author draws a conclusion about the work character of the auto test lab, after study the theory of its management, it is that include wide range, and have high level technical, and take long time, and with expenses cost. The author also has researched what can affect the working quality of the auto test lab. In chapter 3, the author has study the control system of the auto test lab management, so he is very clear for these control systems and technical requirement in detail. And these work give him a sufficient knowledge to design a management form in system and standard. In chapter 4, the author carries out a special management form for the Chinese auto test lab with some examples from his own work. He provides that Chinese auto test lab can have their own management form of auto test lab, but they must study from the developed countries and use those good ideas. It is better to use the international standard on auto test management. So we can take part in the international keen competition and get some markets. As the biggest auto manufacture in China, FAW must pay much more attention on its auto test labs, make its best to improve the auto test labs capability and their working quality as soon as possible, I hope we can catch up the advance level in developed countries. Chapter seven is the summing-up of the whole paper. The author's main studies and achievement are recounted.
