There are great abundant tourism resources along the Yangtze River within Anhui province, but they haven't been configured and reorganized systematically. Thus, regional tourism cooperation in this area hasn't evoked much attention and the entire regional impact hasn't shown up.The paper focuses on the region with later-developing advantages, like this certam region along the Yangtze River within Anhui province, which is comparatively weak in exploitation. However, it is typical in China and has large latent capacity, due to its great resources and excellent location. To pay more attention to this type of region without such high economic level and explore the way to take on regional cooperation is helpful to strengthen the regional economic power and resolve the practical issues of unbalanced development within large areas in China.This research has insisted on the principle of combining, the theory and some cases. The whole dissertation is established on the case of the certain region, which includes six cities along Yangtze River in Anhui province. First, compare the regional tourism economic background in two circles, within the provincial scope, and in those three segments along Yangtze River, which are respectively belonged to Anhui, Hubei and Jiangsu province. Secondly, extend the "Niche" theory to a larger view of social science. Integrate some main ideology in Niche" theory with the certain case, and put forward the strategies of Systematic Equilibrium Unbalanced Increase Gradually Boost. Point out the direction for the regional tourism development, which substantially means "What kind of objective will be achieved?" Thirdly, clear up the idea of "Synergetic Development" in the regional tourism. Bring forward four kinds of ways to express "How to achieve the goal?", which is "Space Order' "Economy Order' "System Order' and "Culture Order".
