The economic growth mode of our country from export investment pull to domestic demand pull. In this process of change, The Central And Western Regions urgently need a new growth pole to drive the economies of central and western regions to fast and steady development, and meet the material needs of the local people. But compare with southeast coastal region, the economic strength is weaker in central and western regions. Only through regional cooperation to development emerging growth pole. At this time, the concept of"west triangle economic zone"came out, which means Sichuan-Shanxi-Chongqing cooperate for each other, southwest unite with northwest, it becomes"the fourth growth pole", which is meeting the needs of the present in China. However, it's higher administrative barriers and serious local blockade and protectionism especially regional commerce and trade markets that lead to malignant competition about commerce and trade among west triangle economic zone, market segmentation, unable to form a single market, which seriously restrict the development of the west triangle economy. Therefore, the study becomes an important issue to breakthrough the development bottleneck and realize the coordinated development about commerce and trade of west triangle economic zone, which promote further development of West Triangle Economic Zone.In this paper, system theory, the coordinated development of regional economy theory, the regional division and cooperation theory and regional economic integration theory as logic starting point, with the integrated use of normative and empirical analysis method, in a combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis methods, the author study on the commerce and trade synergetic development of West Triangle Economic Zone to the full range of research. First of all, the paper analyses the status quo of the commerce synergetic development of West Triangle Economic Zone, and points out the necessity of synergetic development. Second, this paper has empirical research on the synergy of trade industry degree of West Triangle Economic Zone, finds the trade competitiveness of Chongqing, Sichuan, Shanxi is bigger, and the synergy of trade industry degree is not high. Third, this paper analysize In-depth the reason of low synergy degree of commerce and trade in West Triangle Economic Zone. Finally, in view of different reasons, sums up to achieve commerce and trade synergetic development policy recommendations, which form traffic, circulation to melting into each other.On the basis of previous studies, this paper according to the actual situation of west triangle economic zone and the development of Chongqing, Sichuan, Shanxi, spread exploratory research following in two ways: First, this paper research selects commerce and trade industry which pull regional economic development to a great extent as research points, researches systematically on the commerce and trade synergetic development of west triangle economic zone in cooperative development way. Second, the paper summarizes and analyzes the conditions and measures to realize commerce synergetic development of West Triangle Economic Zone from traffic, circulation to melting into each other in detail, puts forward some policy recommendations which has maneuverability and targeted.
