Along with the arrival of information ages, stable market structure was broken. For the sake of fitting the market environment, a lot of business enterprises all made the adjustment to the mode of production and the organization structures. More and more enterprises began combining the divided tasks together, becoming a complete business process. Functional departments were re-combined together, becoming a process team. The process team was responsible to complete the whole process, and to take the consequences. It could obviously enhance the speed of responding to the customer and the market.In the business enterprises, functional departments and process teams existed together. They exerted advantages in the adaptive areas. The emergence of the process team also brought a problem about evaluating the team members' performance. The two kinds of organization forms were different of each other. Currently the full-blown system was adapted to evaluate the performance of the employees who were in the functional departments. Therefore the existing evaluation system could hardly apply to team members' performance. The research from the thought of the process, putting forward a set of evaluation system adapts to the team members. The system comprises of two levels. Firstly, evaluating the teams' performance adopting the fuzzy integrated judge method within the scope of business enterprise. Secondly, evaluating the team members' performance adopting the 180 Degree performance evaluation method within the scope of the team. Finally, putting the team performance as the main part, integrating the two results into an ending.When the dividends are distributed according to the results of the evaluation, the team should obtain their dividends according to the team results in the business enterprise firstly. Then in the team, the data of the members' results would be analyzed with classify method, carving up the performance into some grades. At last, members would get obtain their dividends according to the grade which he is in. In addition to the theories research, the author also chose a development team in Dandong mobile communication Co. to make demonstration, in order to testify the system is scientific and applied.
