On the analytical framework,research methods and influencing factors of R&D team performance, although a large number of scholars have conducted related researches, their researches are mostly limited to the static level. Although some scholars have conducted researches which refer to dynamic factors affecting team performance, due to the complexities and uncertainties of these dynamic factors presented, these studies are not quite complete or lack systematic thinking. In essence, no matter what kind of level and angle to study R&D team performance issues, team interactive process is critical determinant of R&D team performance. All relevant factors affecting R&D team performance must ultimately be implemented through team interactive process.This article has built a R&D team performance evaluation system from the perspective of team interactive process, in order to discuss the impact pattern and mechanism Of team interactive process on R&D team performance.First, team interactive process is divided into two major dimensions of interpersonal and task. Then, through definition and analysis of the two dimensions, interpersonal dimension is regarded as the core of team interactive process. Finally, the interpersonal dimension is further broken down as team conflict, team cohesion, team communication, team learning and team support, and the task dimension is measured by team task interaction.Therefore, this article starts from the behavior analysis of team interactive process, based on a deep understanding of cognitions and behaviors within the team, and mining team interactive process variables which have a major impact on team performance. In particular, the impact relationships between team interactive process and R&D team performance are taken for as a research focus.First, by reviewing the previous team theories and team performance models, based on redefining the team interactive process, to make a systematic analysis for the main dimensions of it, and discuss the interior roles, mutual relationships and influencing direction and intensity on R&D team performance in all dimensions of team interactive process.Then introduce the fuzzy integral theory and systemic thinking into the analysis and evaluation of R&D team performance, and build a new performance evaluation system of R&D team. According to the new evaluation index system and uncompletely independent characteristics between evaluation indicators, propose out a modified fuzzy integral evaluation method, and present the correction method of important measure of the index set in evaluation index system.Finally, to build the R&D team performance evaluation model, carry out empirical analysis, test the model results and give out conclusions. So that to achieve qualitative and quantitative evaluation purposes on R&D team performance and provide the main basis for enterprises or organizations to improve and enhance team performance about how to monitor the behavior of the team interactive process,also provide a new way of thinking for the development of R&D team performance evaluation theory.
