Study On The Industrial Cluster's Collective Learning Mechanism Based On The Knowledge Spillover

Nowadays the industrial cluster is one of the main economical characteristics. But, with the China's entry into WTO, globalization and the advancement of information, the speed which technical vicissitude and changes is more and more quick, these industrial clusters are confronting with the insufficiency of technical ability to some degree, thus affecting their industrial promotion and long-term development. In view of this, this article thoroughly discusses the collective learning in the industrial clusters, aiming to summarize one set of effective mechanism of industrial cluster collective learning, impelling the sustainable development of them.To begin with, this article redefines the conception of industrial cluster, knowledge spillover and collective learning etc, and their discrimination among them, pouring some detail analysis on them, finally proposed the model of industrial cluster collective learning. These contents disperse to each chapter of the article. Time of industrial cluster collective learning refers to the time between the founding of knowledge spillover and the absorption of the acceptor. Its place refers to the network model of the industrial cluster collective learning, may be divided into the official network and the unorthodox network, also into the core network, the assistant network and the periphery network. Its motivation refers to the motivation mechanism of industrial cluster learning, separately carrying on the elaboration from different perspective of cluster, enterprise and government. Its main thought is maximization of profit, the basic tool of analysis is game theory and asset specificity theory. How to learn refers to the ways, means and processes of the collective learning of industrial cluster, also including the influence factor analysis. On account of the clearness of content of learning, the article does not need to carry on the special explanation. The systemic architecture of the collective learning of industrial cluster must make appropriate choice of learning according to physical circumstance, but is not stable.After the fundamental research, the article makes factor analysis, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis on Dalian software park by the volume investigation and SPSS, analyzing the key influence factor.
