The Western-moving of National Strategy of Economy Development will affect the national situation of regional economic development greatly. For the development of middle-provinces, opportunity goes with challenge currently. Allows for its station in the development of national economy, nationwide economy and technology transfer and the requirements of regional industrial restructuring, middle provinces will realize rapid growth conditionally in the western-moving process of national strategy of economy development. Meanwhile, some practical problems should be considered and solved as possible, such as building good developing environment, accelerating the construction of infrastructure, adjusting industrial structure, choosing and fostering economy growth pole, adjusting and perfecting different kinds of policies, seeking after new style for regional economic cooperation and so on.
