Based on the definition of family enterprises, the thesis firstly introduced theactuality of Chinese family enterprises, and then compared it with Chinese state owned enterprises and Western family enterprises in detail. The thesis also indicated their strength and weakness in modern business competition. When compared with Western family enterprises, firstly, the thesis introduced their expanding courses in brief, and then made the comparative analysis from the aspects of share structure, management style and inherit style, etc. Finally, two cases have been selected to further analyze the reason why they had such big different results.In the following chapter, the thesis analyzed the business management of Chinese Family Enterprises from three aspects: strategic management, financial management and human recourses' management. In each aspect, the article analyzed their management style and management deficiency, and brought forwards some suggestions.After the above analysis, the thesis made some discussion on the sustainable developing prospects of Chinese family enterprises from the aspects of steady investment, innovation, decision-making mechanism and system guarantee. Among these, the key that family enterprises can obtain sustainable development is to take steady investment measure, which is the viewpoint I put forward.In the last chapter, I introduced briefly the management style of a family enterprise that I served before, and made some suggestions to its management. At the end, I have used the article for reference to Chinese mainland family enterprises.
