Research On The Influence Of Family Factors On The Withdrawal Of Rural Household Homestead

With the movement and transfer of rural population,homesteads have gradually become the type of land with high idle rates in rural areas in China.In order to solve the situation of low efficiency of rural land resource utilization,it is imperative to withdraw from the house base in an orderly manner.Based on family factors,this paper focuses on the "farmer's home base exit intention","farmer's home base exit mode","farmer's home base exit welfare level","farmer's home base exit compensation standard" and "farmer's home base exit incentive mechanism" and so on,to study the exit of rural home base,and to make suggestions for the government to design the rural home base exit policy.The main research contents and conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)Based on the family life cycle theory,the relationship between family life cycle and the willingness of farmers to withdraw from their homestead is discussed.The study found that there is a family life cycle effect in the intention of the farmers' homestead to withdraw,and there are differences in the influence of different family factors in rural families at different stages.Among them,the formation of families and aging families has a higher willingness to withdraw from the homestead,start-up families and mature families have a lower willingness to withdraw,full-nest families have the lowest willingness to withdraw from the homestead.(2)Based on the bilateral matching theory,the bilateral matching model of homestead exit subject and exit mode is constructed,and the particle group algorithm is used to solve the match.The study found that there were some differences between different rural family types and different homestead exit modes,and the overall satisfaction of the combined homestead exit model was higher than that of the single homestead exit model.Among them,the growth of rural families matches with "purchase subsidy" exit mode,stable rural families matches with "home base for housing" exit mode,rescue rural families matches with "land old-age" exit mode(3)Based on the theory of welfare economics and feasible ability theory,the measurement model of the welfare level of rural families constructed,and the relationship empirically tested by using the panel threshold model from the perspective of the risk carrying capacity of rural families between the exit of household base and the level of family welfare,it is found that there is a double threshold effect based on the carrying capacity of family risk between the withdrawal of farmer's home base and the level of family welfare.Among them,when the family risk carrying capacity is lower than the threshold value,the withdrawal of the farmer's home base will inhibit the improvement of the rural family welfare level,and when the family risk carrying capacity is greater than the threshold value,the homestead exit can promote the improvement of the family welfare level.(4)Based on the theory of rural family development ability,the compensation standard system of the establishment of the rural homestead withdrawal,combined with the local financial level,is calculated that the reasonable range of rural homestead withdrawal compensation standard is 1139.61,1273.14,and to enhance the rural family development ability for the purpose of designing the homestead exit incentive mechanism.The main contribution of this paper is to analyze the influenced relationship between family factors on the intention of homestead exit,mode selection,welfare level and compensation,and on this basis to design the homestead exit incentive mechanism,so as to lead the research on the relationship between family development and farmer's homestead exit to in-depth,and to provide another decision-making aid for perfecting the exit system of rural homestead.
