The market competition is becoming more and more keen, and the increase of the conflict in enterprise channel, it has already developed to a kind of very common phenomenon. Effective marketing channel management is important to enterprise's long-term competitive advantages. Channel conflict is one of the basic elements in channel management. Influencing by the aggravation of competition, researches on channel conflict have received more and more attention. How to effectively managing the conflict in enterprise channels becomes an unavoidable and difficult problem to the enterprise of our country.This lecture mainly uses the theory analysis to get the right conclusion and the use a case study to prove the conclusion. This thesis, based on the systematic generalization of the western and our country's management theory of channel conflict, deeply and clearly analyzes the current condition, behave and reason of channel conflict of communication enterprises in our country and puts out the basic strategy of managing channel conflicts of enterprise in our country. This thesis includes five chapters:Chapter 1 it introduces the current situations of communication industry and its channel in our country.Chapter 2 this thesis elaborates the detailed principles to the conflict theory of the channel and the general reason of the channel conflict.Chapter 3 analyzes the channel conflict behave of the communication enterprises of our country on the basis of the structure , the characteristic and the newest survey. While it analyzes the concrete factors of causing the conflict of distribution channel of communication enterprises connecting with the reality of channel conflict on communication industry.Chapter 4 it puts forward to several measures of the management to resolve this problem.At last Chapter 5 it analyzes the channel conflict management of a famous company in our country.
