First, after reviewing related references, the paper chooses customer loyalty, customer satisfaction, affective commitment, continuance commitment, various marketing activities used by the operators as the main construct. The paper advances a model on customer loyalty in the mobile telecommunications industry of China.Second, the main analyzing methods of the demonstration study are reliability analysis, correlation analysis, structural equation models analysis, all of which are analyzed by SPSS 11.5.At last, based on the above discussion, the paper give proposals on the cultivation of customer loyalty in the mobile telecommunications industry.
