Rural Land System Problem During The Urbanization

16~th National Congress of Chinese Communist Party makes building a well-off society in an all-round way as the target and quickening urbanization progress as the important mission. The urbanization must regard land as the material base , the land is playing an extremely important role during the urbanization, the basic goal that this text studies is to analyse the interreaction between farmland system and urbanization, accord with the international experience of influencing the urbanization of the farmland system, analyse through economics of improving to the system of farmland of our country, probe into and promote the development of urbanization of our country through the innovation of the farmland system.. This text divide five seals to discuss the question:Chapter one is theory that analyse some, confirm farmland system and concept and intension of the urbanization at first, then analyse the interreaction between farmland system and urbanization, the farmland system is influencing the scale , speed and form of the urbanization, the urbanization is influencing appropriate scale of operation of the farmland and population's flowChapter two is the international experience part, pass the analysis to such farmland system gradual progress and general relation of the urbanization process as U.S.A. , Great Britain , Japan and Korea S. , Taiwan China etc, draw it in the course of industrialization and urbanization, must follow the economic and social development , in good time through the reform of the farmland system, promote the development of rural urbanization.Chapter three analysed two pieces of influence to the positive and passivism of the urbanization of our country of system of current farmland, point out the system of current farmland has restricted the process of the urbanization of our country seriously, so must carry on the reformto the system of current farmland of our country.Chapter four analysed mainly by the theory , use public economics and general theory of institutional economics, it is analysed that each side interests involved of improving in system of farmland of our country play chess, draw the goal that the reform of farmland of our country should reach.Chapter five is a conclusion part, according to preceding analysis, the author thinks our country should implement the personal ownership of the land or the rent land system forever , in order to promote rural surplus population to shift to the cities and towns , promote the process of urbanization of our country...
