Research Of Domestic Network Credit System's Building

With the rapid development of network and cyber economy, the network credit crisis is coming quietly. False trade, imitate behavior, contract swindle, online auction bid up target, infringe consumer legitimate rights and interests all sorts of illegal activities take place again and again, which have restricted the rapid and sound development of domestic network to a great extent. Based on the characteristics of network and the courses of network crisis appearing, this thesis introduces the traditional credit management theory into the network credit system's building. Then, the design of network credit system and the correlative credit evaluating mechanism are discussed. This thesis is divided into five parts altogether as follows:Part one is a brief introduction. After describing briefly credit, network credit, cyber economy and network society, this paper gives definitions of their relations.Part two is about the current situation analysis of domestic network. The paper summarizes the macro-environment and current status of domestic network, and analyzes the credit crisis and its danger, and emphasizes the necessity and urgency of building the network credit system.Part three is about the network credit case analysis. The paper makes a analysis on the credit mechanism of Alibaba and eBay, which are better on the credit study in the E-commerce. It supplies with the idea for building the network credit system.Part four is on the network credit system's building, and it is the focus of this thesis. The paper firstly sets forth the principles and building mode of the network credit system, On the basis, the frame of the network credit system is proposed according to the behaviors characteristics of the network object. And then it is described from two parts: environment and technology of network credit system building.Part five is on the several problems of network credit evaluating. The paper analyzes the current situation and problems of domestic network credit evaluating, and describes the index content and evaluating mode on the personal credit evaluating, and on the basis, explores the network credit evaluating.
