The health food industry has became one of the very important industries of national economy. The competition in China market is driving growing severity. All kinds of different marketing actions emerged. Marketing of health food industry has became the very important element of a project, even to a small company. Brand power has been accepted by health food company as image of key competence. The brand marketing measures are widely used by more and more health food companies.The health food business is quite special industry. Traditional applications of 4P, 4C and 4R's theories in this industry are also quite different from other business. In China, although the theory research of health food marketing had obtained a great development, while there is still a debate in different understandings of applications.The original research target of this thesis is a large private enterprise, so in a current tough reformation process, the thesis should have a certain theoretical and practical meaning. This enterprise is a typical private enterprise representative. To study how to operate in current marketing environment, dig out marketing factors in this industry has realistic meaning. With the development of economy, society, culture and construction in China , Taier Pharmaceutical Company is confronted with very good growth opportunity and political condition which had never occurred before. At the same time the corporation also has a lot of internal and external problems, policy restriction of out-dated policies and competitive challenges.The thesis starts with research of significance of health food business, expands with Taier Pharmaceutical Company marketing status analysis and adjustment of present policy reformation, focuses on brand marketing of Taier Pharmaceutical Company, does a demonstration research.The author make a strategic selection of Taier Pharmaceutical Company brand marketing operation through a SWOT analysis of industry environment and Taier Pharmaceutical Company's products combination. Then, analyze the traditional 4P factors in detail. On the basis of these analysis, the author study the 4C,4P and 4R marketing theories in Taier Pharmaceutical Company's brand building practice.The paper is consisted of 4 sections. The 1st section focus on the position of health food in the national economy, and the significance of this research. The 2nd section focus on the situations of the company's brand marketing, analysis the productscombination and made a SWOT analysis of the brand marketing. The 3rd section focus on the company's strategy of brand marketing, analyses the process of brand marketing with 4P marketing theories. The 41 section focus on the adjustment of the brand marketing countermeasures on the basis of 4C and 4R marketing theories, and give some suggestions.
