The innovation of technology and the loose of control spur the change of communications industry situation and traditional business model, Chinese communications market is in face of transform and competitive which never have before. The subsidiary company of China Satellite Communications Corporation now is faced with the pressure of World Wide Web licking up the traditional business, honeycomb mobile communications getting more popular, and the pressure from optical fiber law, as well as the opportunity of the combination between the satellite communications and traditional business. How to realize company's great improvement, with its advantage resources and actual situation is a seriously question. China Satellite Communications Corporation Zhuzhou Branch has prepared 2 years, and now has the competitive conditions with the local company. At the same time, it must establish new marketing management system with the government, industry organization, partnership and internal resources. This system is of great significance in theory and practice. This paper is organized by four sections:Chapter one is introduction.
