This thesis is the result of the primary research of "Corporation Consciousness Management"which emphasis is how to manage the consciousness solely in order to strengthen the "Integration Competition Ability"in Modern Corporation. In this thesis we got some new concepts and methods about consciousness management. At first this thesis introduced the basic theory foundation of "Corporation Consciousness Management". It educed corporation consciousness management from the description of consciousness. And the thesis expanded the method of consciousness management. In order to solve the quantitative problem of consciousness, it established a new concept "Consciousness cell"that was defined as the basic unit of the Consciousness energy. At the same time, it established "Consciousness cell test method"for the measure problem and "Consciousness cell model"for the management problem. Then it explained application strategy. For the first time it defined the "Consciousness Marketing"and "General Consciousness Strategy". In order to prove the availability this thesis expounded a company's strategy used consciousness management finally. "Corporation Consciousness Management"provided some new creative standpoint, eyeshot, and choice for the Modern Corporation Management. |
