Wuling Mountain region, which is an important base of producing Huanglian, lies in the west of Hubei province. In this paper, aimed at the products distribution of administration regions in this region and the actual sites & status of the deal and storage, the corresponding status quo and existing problem about the logistics and distribution are generally analyzed. Simultaneously, combined with the actual traffic conditions in Wuling Mountain district, Hurong Highway and Yiwan Railway which are invested and built in china, the construction research of the logistics network for Huanglian, which is largely planted and processed by three hundred and thousand local farmers, is conducted. Firstly, the actual condition that the logistics and transportation doesn't match with Huanglian producing and planting in the recent Wuling Mountains region is considered. Huanglian resource and the strategy of integration and the integral conception of logistics and distribution network are put forward for the first time. An industrialization pattern about "producing, study and research, producing, purchasing and sale"and "enterprise + base + farmer"is constructed. Secondly, a new supplying chain relationship between the farmer who hold the stocks and the enterprise is put forward. In addition, the models including Vender Managed Inventory (VMI) which is a new type of flowing and complementary way of Supply Chain Management in the diversified logistics and Stock Center(SC), Distribution Center(DC) and Process Center(PC) of Huanglian are established. By using the statistics theory, the rules & procedure of selecting address and influence factors in DC of Huanglian logistics and distribution network, as well as the establishment of optimized models of the DC are studied in detail, and results of the first DC and the second DC are obtained. Furthermore, the cross-docking distribution model of Huanglian transportation is established and the most reasonable and shortest transportation route of Huanglian logistics network is confirmed. Thirdly, the pattern flow management system of the SC of Huanglian logistics network, the construction and establishment layout of the center sites of Huanglian logistics network and the storage, transportation, packaging during the detailed implement and operation of Huanglian logistics are analyzed. Finally, the contents and functions of the Management Information System (MIS) of Huanglian logistics network are discussed, interactive relative diagram between Huanglian logistics network and the distribution management system the operation process diagram of Huanglian logistics network and the MIS are put forwarded and made some analyses.
