The entities faced many problems as the business scale expands: low efficiency, poor performance, and loss of fixed assets, etc.This article raises the concept of distribution centers and the importance of establishing logistical information system. by using BPR theories on distribution center"A"as prototype, laying out its scale prior to the implementation of the BPR theories, its staffing, business process, size of its business, and strategies. Then to recreate the entire process based on the BPR theories in accordance with the business'own Information System requirements. This include: evaluating by comparing before and after of using distribution center application information system, RFID and GSM/GIS/GPS. Ultimately the annual operation errors were reduced by 20%. Single-batch operation time was reduced 40-50%. Monthly ordering intake capacity was increased 100%. By effectively improving efficiency, it reiterates the importance of the establishment of logistical information system to the distribution centers .
