The Study Of Protection Of Plantation In ShanXi Province

As the world population explodes, human being requires more and more land resources, and it results in unheard-of shortage in demanding for the last decade years. The cultivated land is deemed to the most important part of the land resources. The cultivated land is the material basis of the food and economic crops. However, because of the influence of sorts of the nature and artificial factors, mere is something wrong with the cultivated land resources in Shan Xi during use. These problems should give some causes for concern. The paper closely circles round these problems about the large areas of not-high production, many obstacle factors, poor infrastructures, weak abilities of resisting the disasters, serious imbalance of consuming nutrition, severe pollution and so on. Then the author analyzes the change of the areas of Shan Xi with a view to theory and practice. On the basis of the results, the author further analyzes kinds of the factors which affect the change of areas in Shan Xi.For the current condition of the cultivated land in Shan Xi, on one hand ,because of the population pressure, the course of urbanization and adjustment of industrial structure, the areas of the cultivated lands have obviously decreased. On the other hand, because of soil and water loss, soil desertification, soil secondary salinity, and farmland pollution and so on, the qualities of cultivated lands have continually descended.Aiming at the severe realities, a series of effective measures for the cultivated land protection are discussed in detail. Firstly, strengthening the protection of the prime farmlands; secondly, correctly dealing with the relation between economic construction and cultivated land resources; thirdly, establishing land systems for paid use; fourthly, increasing the construction of project in ecology. At the same time, the sustainable development for the cultivated land is set forth in various ways, such as cultivating soil fertility, land consolidation, rational farm crop ratio, strengthening the construction of ecological project for farmland and adjusting agricultural-industrial structure and so on. Besides, sticking closely to Land Management Law, kinds of feasible laws and regulations for land use should be constantly supplied, and land use law systems should be further perfected. Accordingly, there are feasible laws to go by for the land use and management in deed. In this way, it will make the limited cultivated lands used and developed on better terms.
