As we know , a country should take trade protection policy when having an open economy, especially some developing countries' elements revenue and FDI fiercely depend on the tariff policy.This paper mainly researches protection of the tariff escalation in the background of globalization, emphasizing studying the elements revenue and FDI effect of tariff escalation. It also gives a relatively full assessment and compare of these big economies' agriculture policies.The paper has theoretical and empirical studies, giving an analysis frame of tariff escalation. The paper is made up of four sections. The first section chiefly presents the tariff escalation and its research background. The second section includes chapter 3, 4 and 5, which pays great attention in analyzing the tariff escalation's effect on element -avenue and FDI. The third section basically is chapter 6, which assesses and compares the agriculture tariff escalation. The last section chapter7 makes the paper conclusion.Chapter 1 gives us a total frame of the paper and the assessment of it.Chapter 2 defines tariff escalation and interprets nominate tariff escalation andERP. Chapter 3 pays great attention to theory base for the analysis of chapter 4and 5.Chapter 4 describes the complete competition case, in which the avenues of different elements are modeled and achieve connected results.Chapter 5 models the case in incomplete competition, in which the paper tests the tariff escalation's effect on FDI.Chapter 6 has an assessment and compare of some important countries' tariffescalation in agriculture.Chapter 7 makes conclusions of the paper and shows some further improvements.
