Study On The Modes Of Controlled Electricity Pricing Under The Reforms In Electricity Industry Of China

After relaxing the control of the power industry, it is the successful experience of all countries' reform in the electrical industry that setting up the electrical regulatory system in conformity with competitive electric market in order to ensure the fully effective operation of the market. it is also what our country need to study and solve in the reform of electrical market.Based on the economic principle of the electrical regulation, this paper emphases that we need to regulate the electrical industry even if it is a monopoly industry and proposes "two steps" regulation model on the basis of summarizing two kinds of foreign basic classical control modes and combining the actual national conditions of China. And it is realizable that this regulation model possesses good prospects.In order to play a more effective allocation of resources in the electricity market, this paper through the explanation of the principle and the calculation results for practical data to expatiate on inspecting and calculate market power in the competition part. Further more a new formula is presented based on futures market.Finally, concluded some useful conclusions, in summing up the previous expositions, and prospected the future directions of research.
