In recent years, food poisoning incidents have often occurred. There are manyreasons that caused the food poisoning incidents, while time factor which is one ofthem should not be ignored. The research on cross-organizational process modelingfrom the perspective of time, in theory, will be able to control the time factor in thecross-organizational processes, with a cross-organization workflowmulti-granularity temporal constraint network (COWF-MGTCN) based on theexisting cross-organizational process modeling methods, and then can discoverytime conflict; Practically speaking, the loss because of the time conflict in theprocesses can be avoided, and it will achieve effective cooperation in variousorganizations.In the thesis, based on an in-depth analysis of the qualitative and quantitativetemporal constraints of the cross-organizational workflow, we will propose thequalitative temporal constraint expressions based on the five basic control flowmodel and the multi-granularity quantitative temporal constraints expressions. Theexpressions provide the foundation for establishment and analysis of the temporalconstraint network. On this basis, we will define a five-element vector set-COWF-MGTCN, and give a formal representation of the network. Based on thefive basic control flow models, we will present the four steps which will be neededto create this network. Then we will analyze the consistency of network, and givethe criteria to judge if there exists time conflicts in the network. Finally, we will usethis method into the entire process of the raw milk purchasing to the raw milkprocessing of Heilongjiang Wondersun Co.,Ltd. to establish the temporal constraintnetwork and analyze the network.By the case study in the end of the thesis, we find that the COWF-MGTCNmethod can be well applied to the entire cross-organization process of Wondersun.The time factor of the process can be well controlled through the network, andthrough early prevention, the enterprise can avoid time conflict occurring, thus theeconomic and food loss can be avoid, as well as food poisoning.
