| LiangshangYi Nationality autonomous state which is located in the southwest of Sichuan with a total area of 60,115 square kilometers, governs 17 counties and cities. The population is 4.24 millions, and among them Yi ethnic minority are 1,815,500 thousands, which is the biggest region of Yi ethnic minority in china and also the region with the most national classifications and the largest minority population of Sichuan.The natural view of Liangshang is unusual, the racial romantic feeling the is heavy, the resources of racial traditional athletics and modern attractive tour programs including Anning river drift and Qionghai Lake aquatic sports are abundant ,so that Liangshang is an ideal substance that develops athletic tour. To develop Liang shang athletic tour resources is valuable and meaningful for the development Liangshang's tour industry and the realization of its tour industry target, for the integration of tourists' independent participation and the original ecosystem environment, for raising the level of new tour methods and for getting rid of poverty and raising the living quantity of Liang mountain people .To develop Liang mountain athletic tour will promote the tour industry of the region to a new level, and will certainly get the support and coordination of the local government, groups and management departments. The body of the thesis is divided into four parts.Part one is to make an analysis and evaluation to Liangshang athletic tour resources: (1) Liangshang is in a very important position in the realization of Sichuan's target of being a big ecosystems tour province and the sustainabledevelopment of ecosystem tour ,because the weather condition in Liangshang is advantageous to regulate the travels in slack seasons and busy seasons seldom seen in other regions of Sichuan province;(2)The mountains, rivers, lakes, hot springs, waterfalls, forests...all of these natural ecosystem views Liangshang owns provide important advantageous environmental condition for develop athletic tour;(3) the abundant humanities tour resources can be generalized with "two amorous feelings, one science-technology" and "one science-technology" refers to xi Chang satellite launch center, and "two amorous feelings" refers to the amorous feeling in both Yi ethnic minority and Mosuo ethnic minority. The three special humanities tour resources have huge appeal and attractiveness to the travelers and become an important carrier to develop Liangshang athletic tour. (4) The special athletics tour items, such as Qionghai lake aquatic sports, Arming river drifts and some traditional athletic sports have obvious advantage and important initiation to the development of Liangshang athletic tour.Part two is analyze the possibility of developing Liangshang athletic tour in the following aspects: the current structure, the human source market ,the preferential policies in racial region ,special location ,the demand of travelers' owning the athletic tour and the possible effects to the politics , economy and culture of the region.Part three is to point out the main problems and difficulties of developing Liang shang athletic tour as follows : the first is the backward local economy, the second is people's outmoded thoughts, the third is insufficient talented people in athletics tour ,the fourth is the weak athletic tour hardware facilities .To solve the problems above ,the author puts forward some countermeasures : ?to emphasize the great meaning of developing Liangshangathletic tour to get the financial support and policy support of the local government and other related departments and then to broaden the funds raising channels and get the coordination of other tour management units, ?to establish a famous athletics tour brand with strong special feature, setting about from developing Qionghai Lake, Luguhu Lake, the aquatic items of Aiming River, gradually to developing mountain climbing and adventure inLuoji Mountain, driving travel industry, ecosystem athletics tour and so on. (3) to improve the transportation condition of tour lines, enhance the highway level and build serving station for driving travel. @ to pay attention to the combination of developing athletic tour and ecosystem environmental protection, especially the national scenic area having strong developing potential, such as QionghaiLake Lushang mountain, Luojishang mountain, Meigu Dafengding crest and Muli primary forest, ?to build a "Liangshang athletic tour arrangements committee" in charge of signing an inquisition, consulting opinions, moderating positions, drawing up policies and collecting funds etc. At present Liangshang late tour bureau can entrust a few travel agencies to make experiments in advance, combining travel sightseeing with athletic activities, at the same time give certain preferential policies and funds subsidy, tallying up the experiences, expanding gradually.Part four is to draw a blueprint for the development of Liangshang athletic tour. The targetinthe near future is to promote the formingofathletics-travel- transportation industry chain and make good foundation for the realization of athletic tour activities including sunlight ,ecosystem, driving travel and so on .The main developing principle are relying on regional natural ecosystem resources, humanities resources and industry resources, making use of existing mature tour line to realize the integration with sightseeing tour, and making plans, implementing steadily, cooperating and sign investigations matching with the government tour program. Make sure that the project is made under consideration of every side's position and interests. The following athletics tour developing items may be considered: ? hiking, mountain climbing, adventuring, rock climb, hot spring swimming (Luojishang mountain and Meigu Dafengding) ?Aquatic sports: swimming, paddle boat, rowing the water, skin rowing and diving, drifting (Qionghai Lake, Aiming river) (3) riding to swim: bicycle, motorcycle, automobile (transportation lines) ? tour of participation and appreciation in racial traditional sports (some counties in Liangshang).The aim of the paper is to provide certain theories for concerning management and business departments, and some reference for future study of Liangshangathletic tour theories. |
