Research On The Interactive Relation Of Enterprises' Technology Innovation And System Innovation

This paper focuses on the hot question of the present social economic activity ---enterprise's innovation development. The paper makes the enterprises' innovationsystem consist of two sub-systems, which are enterprises' technology innovation andenterprises' system innovation. The two sub-systems are depended on, penetrated andaffected between, the interactive relation between the two things promote and affectenterprises' development.Article has analyzed enterprise's innovative system from the visual angle of thesystem at first, and is based on this, has carried on comparatively overall analysis toexplain to enterprise's technology innovation and theory intension of enterprise'ssystem innovation. Later, the article briefly narrated understanding of interactiverelation between technology innovation and system innovation on Marx and westeconomy educational circles, and has put forward my own opinion on the interactiverelation of the two: Namely from the basic level, or from the standing of philosophy ,the technological innovation plays a decisive role to system innovation;But undercertain assumed conditions, especially on terms that the basic economic system thatthe technology innovation determined has already been confirmed, to some part of thesociety or a certain enterprise, there is phenomenon that system innovation determinethe technology innovation. So enterprises must carry on the technology innovationand system innovation at the same time , and make the two things step into the benigncycle track.The third part of the article discusses and analyzes emphatically the interactivemechanisms of enterprise's technology innovation and system innovation, includingthe two things' interactive foundation, composition of the interactive mechanism andinteractive intension, etc..The last part of the article is one chapter that the theory integrated with practice,and have announced current situation of enterprise's technology innovation andsystem innovation of our country especially. The article points out that at the presentstage, the task and urgency of enterprise's system innovation of our country areheavier than the technology innovation's. The core of enterprise's system innovation isenterprise's property right system innovation and innovation of managing the system.After analyzing the important meaning of the two things to enterprise's systeminnovation, the article proposes that enterprise's system innovation of our countryshould be broken in these two respects to some extent.
