Innovation Of Private Scientific-Technological Enterprises In China: Present Status, Mechanism And Development Patterns

Private Scientific-Technological Enterprises are an effective combination of the advanced productivity and the most vigorous management mechanism, which involves "private ownership" and "science and technology". An intrinsic mechanism of the sustainable development about Private Scientific-Technological Enterprises is profoundly disclosed in this simple definition. The innovation is the drive force of developing Private Scientific-Technological Enterprises, which mainly consists of technical innovation, property right system innovation and management innovation. It is an important project how to develop the innovation and realize enterprise's long-term development through it. Therefore, it is extremely significant to study the effects of innovation on the Private Scientific-Technological Enterprises and interaction relations among three aspects.The paper firstly describes the enterprise growth crisis resulted from the enterprise growth theory, and overcome by the innovation, and then elaborates the theoretical basis of the three factors about innovation, respectively. The third and the fourth chapter are the core of the paper. The third chapter mainly involves the quantitative and qualitative analysis of the innovation. According to the development status of Private Scientific-Technological Enterprises, a return model between gross income and each innovation essential factor is established, from which, investment of human resources is the most important factor influencing the development of Private Scientific-Technological Enterprises. Based on the analysis of Private Scientific-Technological Enterprise innovation factors, the appraisal index of its innovation ability is constructed. The result shows that the human resources investment proportion and the technical investment proportion are the most important factors influencing the gross income. Thereby, the superior and inferiority of Private Scientific-Technological Enterprises is further qualitatively analyzed. The fourth chapter focuses on the coordination interaction relations among the technology innovation, the property rights system innovation and the management innovation, and which is described by a structure figure.On a basis of the analysis in the third chapter and the fourth chapter, the innovation is not sole and isolated, but mutually dependent and a synthesis of technology, property right and management. The fifth chapter is the summary andconclusion of the paper. By means of analyzing the present status and interaction relationship, centralizing as the three dimensional factors of innovation and existing questions, the author points out the three patterns of innovation strategy development about the privately operated technical enterprise: technical innovation forerunner innovation development pattern, property right system innovation forerunner innovation development pattern, management innovation forerunner innovation development pattern.
