| Tianjin FAW Xiali Automobile Co., Ltd. (hereafter referred to as "TJ-FAW") isone of subsidiary companies of China First Automobile Group Company (hereafterreferred to as "FAW"). It is a compact car manufacturing base of FAW, has become aleading enterprise in Tianjin backbone industries. The development of TJ-FAW playsan important role in implementing FAW development strategy and vigorouslydeveloping Tianjin automotive industry. Facing more and more fierce competition, ithas been crucial issue how to take TJ-FAW's advantages, grasp the marketopportunities and make it sustainable and healthy development.Proceeding from actual situations, internal and external environmental factors ofTJ-FAW are analyzed in this paper, then its development strategies and their plan aredrawn up based on environmental analysis.The study background, study framework, history of automotive industry andsituations of TJ-FAW are introduced in the first part;qualitative analysis of externalenvironment is carried out in part 2;qualitative analysis of internal environment isalso made in part 3;quantitative analysis of external environment is described bymeans of EFE matrix method in part 4;quantitative analysis of internal environmentis made using IFE matrix method in part 5;the development strategy of TJ-FAW isevaluated with SWOT analysis method in part 6;the scheme of strategy is establishedin part 7. |
