A Study On Evaluation System To The Performance Of Engineering Design Enterprises

With the standard and perfect of China's internal engineering design consultingmarket and the entry of foreign engineering design consulting enterprises into Chinesemarket after China's entry into WTO, the competition in market is made still fierceand those foreign enterprises have abundant funds, advanced technology, standardmanagement and rich experience which have brought pressure to bear on those civilenterprises. Therefore the Chinese engineering design consulting enterprises are ineager need of a set of advanced evaluating system for the performance of enterprisesand make a objective and true evaluation and find out the disparity and the problemsfaced to catch up and participate in the competition to strengthen themselves and beactive . This thesis devotes firstly to the conception and function of the evaluation ofthe performance of enterprises , has a systematic statement to the course and homeand abroad research into the evaluation of the performance of enterprises, stresses onthe comparison between BSC and KPI and find out the shortcomings of the both, andcombine them to set up KPI-BSC evaluation System of the Performance ofEnterprises . Through applying BSC to compare the industrial and commercialenterprises and the engineering design consulting accadmies,it also set up KPI-BSCEvaluation System to the Performance of Enterprises aimed at the engineering designconsulting accademies,.Finally it takes the TSDI as example, and designs theevaluation system aimed at TSDI.
