With the deep development of global economic and the draw near of theinformation community, Modern logistics as "the 3rd profit headwaters" has beengiven closer attention. Logistics has been one of the trades that develop fastest in thebeginning of this century, and it will be the forerunner trade of the nationaleconomics, making important action on the development of the national economicsmore and more. But logistics in China began too late with weak base, slow conceptand low efficiency. The absence of the building of the logistic standardization hasbeen the bottleneck that conditions the fast development of China logistic directingon rationalization, high efficiency and standardization. In order to making thelogistics develop on a healthy, correct orbit, the urgent thing is to build the modernlogistic standard system.This dissertation puts forward an architecture for logistic standard system inChina. The architecture was developed through the analyses of the actuality of thelogistic standard system domestic and overseas and the principles of standardization.The framework is on the base of systematization, outspreading from the higher to thelower according to the arrangement structure. That is, building the arrangementstructure according to the universal standard, specialty standard, genus standard andmaterial standard such as the product standard, the process standard, the servicestandard and the management standard, and making each specialty standard a wholeset. Considering the characteristic of modern logistic, such as the service function,information-development and environment-protect, the standards about the logisticservice, the logistic information and the logistic environment are list solely in thesecond level as specialty standards in the framework.The research provides guidance in the management of the new standard system.
