Research Of NC Tobacco Company Logistic Standard System

With the rapid development of the world economy, modern enterprises face many newly derived issues accompanied with such development that must be addressed, such as how to further improve the efficiency of production and management,to reduce operating costs and enhance the ability of enterprises to participate in market competition and meet the growing socio-economic development needs. Furthermore, the transformation for these enterprises from the traditional type of experience-based, extensive management to scientific management, lean management has become the bottleneck of these enterprises who is seeking rapid development and progress.Regarding the standard system construction of NC Tobacco Logistics Centre(A Logistics subsidiary of NC Tobacco Company) as an object,the issues of the waste of resources, the lack of efficiency, the cluttering of management tools and other related are analyzed. In the mean time, the solutions to these problems are proposed by constructing a standardized system to promote the enterprise to achieve the transition from a traditional logistics enterprise to a modern circulation enterprise.Due to the special nature of the enterprise, the author firstly considers the actual situation of the tobacco and logistics industry during the construction process of the standard system, then summarizes the workflow of various departments and positions by analyzing the rules and regulations of the original operating guidance book and job requirements. On this basis, in accordance with national policies, regulations and industry standards, specific requirements including timeliness, effectiveness and responsibility person are added to various processes to form a preliminary standard text. Additionally, according to such preliminary standard text, flow charts and all modules are brought together to construct a standardization system. At the same time, the standardized system the enterprise currently built and put into use was evaluated and summarized.
