Dumping: A problem in international trade is a great piece of work by Jacob Viner,focusing on dumping and anti-dumping practices in main trading countries around1890. In this work, Viner gave "dumping" its definite definition, analyzed differentpurposes of dumping and benefits it might bring to both the import and exportcountries, studied anti-dumping practices in different countries, and summarized thecommon rule which should be obeyed in establishing anti-dumping laws.Combined with Viner's theory on dumping, this thesis aims to explain dumping andanti-dumping practices in China and thus give reasonable solutions.
