When it comes into 1990s, China's reform and opening up has stepped onto a new stage, meanwhile macro economy of China has been undergoing unprecedented varieties, and economy has been developing more stable than previously. However, the development of China's economy is facing new challenges. Facing to the new economic situations and the current conditions of China, this article mainly analyzes China's macroeconomic situation based on the corresponding theories and gives out some effective practical measures.China is the largest developing country in the world, and the characteristics of dual economy are very obvious. Casting back from history, the characteristics of dual economy in China's economic structure has its historical roots, it is the results of long-term economic development and the characteristics of dual economy of China economic structure will be lasting for a long time. Recalling China economic history, the characteristics development since China's birth presented a fluctuating situation, which was closely related with China economic development policies. It was found that the changes of the characteristics of dual economy in China could generally be divided into three phases based on the calculation and statistic to a series indexes including the strength of dual economic structure from 1952. And the strength of dual economic structure in China became firmer. The article analyzes the influencing factors to the strength of China dual structure and performs a regression analysis based on the data from 1978 to 2004 and econometrical methods. It comes to the results that agricultural comparable labor productivity rate, institutional variation, city growth speed distinctly negatively related with the strength of China dual structure, while income gap index between urban and rural positively related with it. Then, it analyses the influencing factors to the structure of dual economy in China based on the history of the dual economy structure in China, the changing of China economy developing policies and related theories, and gets the conclusion that the factor which mostly deepened the strength of dual economy structure in China is the fact that the agriculture economy in China is so weak. What's more, the theoretical and factor analysis proves the view that the influencing factors in the regression analysis can give explanations to the variation of the dual economy structure in China. There aretwo differences between this article's studying and similar studies in and abroad. Firstly, its study methods are unique. It uses regression to analyze the influencing factors to the structure of dual economy in China, and then it gives out explanations to China situation from actual conditions and theories combined with the above factors. Secondly, it breaks the pattern of traditional dual economy theory's "lacking dual economy". It analyzes the structure of dual economy in China with the recognition that China's economy is in the situation of redundant economy coming from lacking efficient demand, and tries to analyze the influencing factors to the structure of dual economy in China from the consuming demand aspect of China inside.
