Innovative Development Research Of Electronical Information Aggregation Industry In Beijing Area

Since China's open policy is implemented for more than 20 years, industry aggregation is being increased not only in quantity, but also show some new characters, especially in Chinese littoral area there appear some new industry aggregations which give priority to the middle or little enterprises, and those enterprises relate to each other with special cooperation. Those industry aggregation has become the main factor in pushing Chinese economy stable and increasing. However many of industry aggregations lack of technology capacity to support during industry upgrading. Normally many industry aggregations face such problem that industry level is lower, so how to strengthen technology and cultivate innovation has become the urgent issue.Through studying electrical information industry development in Beijing area,this paper try to put forward reasonable policy for electrical information enterprise and medi-institution in Beijing area, also I would like to bring forward effective policies for local government in order to form aggregation innovation system and learning mechanism.Besides foreword this text is mainly divided into four major parts:The first part mainly analyze industry aggregation theory and aggregation innovation system based on Porter Diamond Model, this is the theory foundation.The second part mainly analyze some famous industry aggregations in developed countries combining every elements in Porter Diamond Model. The purpose is in order to provide valuable experience for electrical information industry development in Beijing area.The Third part analyze the general development for electrical information industry development in Beijing area, and compare it with industry aggregation in littoral area, then further analyze the advantage and disadvantage for electrical information industry development in Beijing area.The fourth part mainly put forward reasonable suggestion and policy for electrical information industry, medi-institution and local government in Beijing area. It is based on aggregation innovation system, and at the same time use some success experience in China and oversea.
