In the context of economic globalization,the competition between countries and the competition between enterprises are more and more reflected in the competition of innovation capabilities.With limited resources,it has become a general trend for countries,regions and even enterprises to seek other forces to achieve resource integration and obtain innovation output to drive economic development.As a basic element in the process of collaborative innovation,the effective gathering of talents is of great significance in realizing the innovation output and invigorating the strong development of the region.As a main part of a country's economic activities,in the process of collaborative innovation,how to select a scientific talent aggregation model for enterprises is of great significance for improving collaborative innovation performance.What is the relationship between the selection of technology talents aggregation model and collaborative innovation performance? How does it affect collaborative performance? This requires further research.Firstly,this paper defines the concept of technology talents aggregation model on the basis of the talent gathering theory,and in-depth analysis of the influencing factors and classification of technology talents aggregation model.The technology talents aggregation model of companies in collaborative innovation is divided into four categories: market-oriented horizontal aggregation model,market-oriented vertical aggregation model,government-supported horizontal aggregation model,government-supported vertical aggregation model.On this basis,the relationship between technology talents aggregation model,knowledge absorptive capacity,and collaborative innovation performance is discussed,the research hypothesis that technology talents aggregation model influences collaborative innovation performance is proposed.Based on the research hypothesis,a theoretical model of the article is constructed.Based on relevant research results and combining the relevant research scales of knowledge absorptive capacity and collaborative innovation performance,the survey questionnaire was designed.The questionnaire was finalized after field research and consultation with experts.Combined with the company's field survey and online recycling questionnaire,the questionnaire data needed for the study was obtained.During the empirical analysis,SPSS 19.0 was used to conduct descriptive statistical analysis,reliability analysis,and validity analysis on the questionnaire data to test the validity of the questionnaire data.After the validity was passed,the structural equation model was used to empirically analyze the relationship between different technology talents aggregation model and collaborative innovation performance.A confirmatory factor was tested by Amos21.0,on the relationship between market-oriented horizontal aggregation model,market-oriented vertical aggregation model,government-supported horizontal aggregation model,and government-supported vertical aggregation model,knowledge absorptive capability,and collaborative innovation performance.Analysis and verification of the mediating role of knowledge absorptive capacity,the regulatory role of enterprise scale and enterprise development stage.Based on the empirical results,the following conclusions are drawn: Under the background of collaborative innovation,enterprises can positively promote collaborative innovation performance by selecting four types of technology talents aggregation models;Knowledge absorption capability play a partial mediation in the influence of talent aggregation model on collaborative innovation performance;enterprise scale and enterprise development stage play a regulatory role in the relationship between technology talent aggregation model and collaborative innovation performance.According to empirical results,we suggest that companies should select the suitable talent aggregation model according to their own scale and different stages of development.,and at the same time companies should improve the knowledge absorptive capability in many aspects,and then enhance the collaborative innovation performance of the enterprise.
