With the increasing ability of CCP in economy control, the study on economic policy of the Party is becoming one of the hotspots in the academe, even more is that on the un-public-owned economic policy. As many materials in archives are being discovered and deciphered, the resources and achievements concerned are leading to richness.The policy on the growth of un-public-owned economic in China is a historical problem that even partly troublesome till today. Through the study on the policy history, especially the logical curve of the ideology within the Party, a summary on both advantages or disadvantages can be worked out, and mistakes clarified, further reflection and exploration enlightened in this field approached.Based on the literature available, this dissertation adopts the methodology of conjoined history and theory. Not only especially studied were the historical archives, the collection of policies and corpus of pilots, but the latest academic works and thesis were well referred to, so that the entire history of the CCP policy on the un-public-owned economy could be traced and showed.The dissertation consists of four parts: Chapter 1, the outline of the CCP policy on the un-public-owned economy — an introduction on the searching route, value of the article and the expected target of the author, by cleaning up the researching outcome of this field;Chapter 2, the macro review on the CCP policy on the un-public-owned economy, ranging from the existence of CCP to "the 36 rules of the un-public-owned economy" enacted by the state department in 2005 - with historical changes of the policy as the major content;Chapter 3, the alternation of thoughts and logic implied in the policy history - analysis on the cognitive reasons of the changing policy, unrolled in three aspects, namely ideology, yielding connection, the dream of a powerful country;Chapter 4, summary of the history and enlightenment to the real practice - according to the foregoing illustration.
