Business Ethics Exploration

Business ethics is an important component of the socialist moral system. As economic activity cells, Enterprises' production and business activities should correspond to the socialist concept of honor, integrity management as well as economic ethics. During the process of transformation that China went from a planned economy to the market one, law and system parts fell behind, a number of enterprises had emerged at this time, however, these enterprises were lack of ethical principle, engaged in profiteering and speculation, so many enterprises failed in the end. At this stage, the key moment of China's reform,, the phenomenon is still serious, it has brought about tremendous economic loss to the country, the behavior of enterprises are not correspond to scientific development concept, economic, natural resources as well as sustained and healthy development of environment. Their internal management systems and organizational ethics have fell behind, and seriously effect on enterprises' international transformation. The paper analyzed the different ethical management of comparatives in home and abroad, combined with Chinese actual and traditional economic ethical thinking, did research on the enterprise management model with Chinese characteristics for ethical exploration.The first chapter is introduction, brought about the significance and urgency of our enterprise business ethics from ethical shortcomings of the status quo. The second chapter focused on the ethical content and the relationship with enterprise applications with ethics and economics theory.Chapter three described the origin and development of economic and ethical thinking abroad as well as the situation of economic emergence and development of ethical thinking in China.Chapter four analyzed of ethical corporate governance elements in ethics aspect, and then brought about a comprehensive concept of business ethics management. Chapter five summarized the theoretical basis of ethical socialist economy thinking from the Marxist theory and Deng Xiaoping Theory with consideration of the conditions in our country, refined our traditional economic ethical thinking from thetraditional Confucian ideology. Improve it in theory.Chapter six brought about suggestion on Chinese state-owned enterprises and private enterprises' ethical management system and organizations framework which drawing lessons from the ethical foreign enterprises advanced management systems. Enterprises not only need to establish inner ethics system and ethics management systems, but also improve the entire community's ethical level. It promotes establishing socialist ethics system with perfecting enterprises' ethics-building.
