In the area of real estate, the theory of whole process marketingis based on the 4R theory, by means of macro economy market analysis ,consumer wishes and calling competition analysis to subsection realestate market and go to the target market ,then to find the ways to avoidthe direct competition .In this way we can provide a series measures forlower risk and more market share even better brand image .In the courseof whole process marketing the commodity is not only the real estate butalso the corporation itself and all kinds of resource conformity .Wholeprocess marketing will ending in the result of double-win both clientand corporation.
