The Study Of The Pricing Mechanism About Charging For Reserve Capacity To The Enterprise Owned Private Power Plant

This paper analyzed the present price mechanism of reserve capacity for theenterprise owned private power plant in China, found the mechanism was devoid of baseof theory, and was not reasonable. In order to settle the problem, according to theprinciples of the reasonable compensated cost and got return and affording fairly, thepaper analyzed the private power plant possessed the capacity of system, and elicited thepricing mechanism about how to charge for reserve capacity to the enterprise ownedprivate power plant based on accounting the system reserve cost by the Accounting Costand Marginal Cost. At last, the paper educed the detailed method based on the generationcapacity and the reserve capacity price to charge reserve capacity for the enterpriseowned private power plant.
