Electricity Price Forecasting For Power Plant Considering Desulfurization Cost In Electricity Market

The commercial operation of region electricity market in our country hasentered the substantive stage now. This paper has studied the issue of electricityprice forecasting for fire power plant bidding for accessing to power networks inEast China electricity market. This paper analyze the forming of production cost ofpower plant, build up production cost function, apply cost-benefit analysis to theconstruction of flue gas desulfurization in analyzing and calculating the economiccost and social benefit, combine the newest biding price rule of East Chinaelectricity market in final, give a range of forecasting electrical price of power plantbased on cost analysis theory. The established model and algorithm with is verifiedby the simulated operational data of East China electricity market in this paper andthrough the analysis of sensitive factors to find out the more sensitive factors ininfluencing electrical production cost and forming the electricity price.
