It is a basic purpose of the electricity reform that the power provider can obtain more benefit among the electric market competition,in order to promote technology innovation and steady development of the electricity enterprise.So,the goal of the electricity reform is to promote the power plant to carry on the technological innovation and dispose social resources rationally through the competition,which makes the electric market have an orbit of positive development.According to actual situations of shuangliao power plant,this paper discussed the location of the shuangliao power plant in the northeast electric market,and the strategy and decision how to carry out price bidding for electric markets in order to win initiative in the price bidding. |
