During three decades of reform and opening up, Chinese economy has maintained rapid growth momentum. This rapid development is heavily dependant on China's abundant labor supply and lower labor cost.In recent years, along with the rising level of wages and income-oriented policy, labor costs have begun to put pressure on labor-intensive industries. Coupled with the slowdown in labor supply, the increase of labor costs have become a long-term trend.Hotel industry as labor intensive industry, labor coast is in a significant portion of the total costs. However, in the meantime of wages and benefits increasing, the companies still suffer a high staff turnover, and this phenomenon has seriously affected the business thus arouse an enormous negative impact on product quality and revenue-generating. Staff turnover has become a bottleneck in hotel industry. If this situation can not be changed the whole industry will lag.This essay is based on the integrated use of human resource management, marketing management and etc., through a large number of data instance and a system analysis of the internal and external environment of hotel industry, using Maslow's analysis on the causes of employee turnover, from the employee needs and combined with the actual situation of hotel industry, to find a solution on excess of employee turnover. And taking Dalian International airport hotel as an example, analyzing how a hotel company to analyze problem, develop and implement strategies.
