Along with the development of enterprise pension system, the study on enterprise pension is attached importance more and more by domestic academic. The purpose of the establishment of enterprise pension lies in ensuring the employees' lives and improving their satisfaction. Thus, the paper mostly studies on the employees' satisfaction condition under enterprise pension system.The paper's study object is the employee that work under enterprise pension system, and it carries on an indigenous study about their job satisfaction. In order to reach this aim, the study adopts questionnaire and with the help of SPSS11.0 software, it makes use of Item Analyze, Exploratory Factor Analysis to amends and adjusts the scale's structure. Then it makes use of Cronbach a coefficient to verify reliability. Finally, it forms a formal scale which comprises 5 dimensionalities, 28 questions. The study regards enterprise pension as independent variable to probe into the employees' satisfaction differentia, and get conclusions as follows:(1) On organization environment dimensionality, the employees' satisfaction that have enterprise pension is distinctly superior to the employees' that have none.(2) On labor return dimensionality, the employees' satisfaction that have enterprise pension is distinctly superior to the employees' that have none.(3) On labor itself dimensionality, the employees' satisfaction that have enterprise pension is distinctly superior to the employees' that have none.(4) On individual development dimensionality, the employees' satisfaction that have enterprise pension is distinctly superior to the employees' that have none.(5)In present phase, the employees think a lot of enterprise pension system and welfare system on labor return.At same time, trough the study on enterprises which have enterprise pension, it gets conclusions as follows:(1) To labor itself, the emoloyees' satisfaction that below 25 years old is distinctly inferior to the employees' that are above 45 years old;(2) Junior college students' satisfaction is distinctly inferior to undergraduate students' and postgraduate students';(3) To labor relation, the employees' satisfaction that have less 5 work years is inferior to the employees' that have more 5 work years;the employees' satisfaction that have more 10 work years is topmost;to labor return, the employees' satisfaction that have more 10 work years is topmost;to labor itself, the employees' satisfaction that have less 3 work years is lowmost;(4) To labor itself, the ordinary employees' satisfaction is lowest.
