Following the social economy development, the people are more and more common regarding the computer use. And appeared the different brand, the different disposition outward appearance computer variety in the computer market.The Asean Free Trade Area was established since January1,2010, Laos takes the Association of Southeast Asian Nations10countries’, It has certain national market characteristic, the agriculture holds the big status, but the industry level is weak, as well as the market development is slow, the financial profession and the modernized level are low. Laos’s not developed present situation, caused international on other countries to provide many correlation preferential policies to Laos, specially when commodity import and export received some special conditions.And Laos want to achieve modernization, it cannot leave computer electronic products, acer computers intend to assign the Laos market share, to understand Laos customers’ satisfaction is the key.In this background, this paper mainly studies acer computers in Laos the satisfaction degree of the influencing factors. In reference to existing models and Laos market characteristics to build the model, this paper puts forward this article assumes that, this model including six variables, and corresponding measure of each variable design item form questionnaire, using SPSS software to the questionnaire data analysis, the reliability and validity of correlation analysis and regression analysis.According to the data analysis shows that the paper assumes to verify, specific conclusions include:customer perception and there is a strong positive correlation relationship between customer satisfaction; Positive relationship between brand image and customer satisfaction. Positive relationship between customer expectation and customer satisfaction; Perceived positive relationship between product quality and customer satisfaction; Also sensation value there is a strong positive correlation relationship between customer perception; sensation value there is a positive correlation relationship between service quality and customer satisfaction; and comfirm the intermediary function of sensation value.According to the conclusion puts forward five aspects of the corresponding marketing strategy:improve the Lao customer perceived value; Acer brand image; Improve service quality; Improve product quality and so on.
