Improving the customer satisfaction Effectively is one of the key issues of keeping customer relationship management in real estate enterprise.This paper takes customer satisfaction management of M real estate company as the research content,aiming at the low satisfaction degree of M real estate companies,and tries to find effective solutions.This paper begins with the introduction of the development of M real estate company,and uses interviews,questionnaires and other ways to investigate and analyze the customer satisfaction of M real estate company from many dimensions.The investigation and research found that M real estate companies mainly exist in customer satisfaction management,such as lack of service consciousness,fuzzy service concept,management mechanism and incentive orientation deviation,and the lack of attention to customer pain points in various business modules.On the basis of the problem diagnosis,the paper puts forward the optimization scheme of customer satisfaction,which involves the promotion of the transformation of corporate culture strategy,the formation of customer oriented enterprise culture,the continuous strengthening of the customer service concept,the establishment of a customer oriented operation system,the optimization of the organizational structure and the corresponding management system,and the strengthening of the customer needs.Visibility,enhance customer perception of the value of enterprise services.
