| Today, small and medium enterprises have taken an important role in the economicdevelopment of our country, and they cannot be substituted in many ways, such as stabilizationof economic increase, promoting international trade, driving technological advancement,decrease unemployment, and so on. At the same time, technological innovation has become theprime mover of the development in enterprises. Thus, it has become a significant task forpromoting our economic increase and achieving development in span style to discuss how toimprove the management of technological innovation in small and medium enterprises.First of all, I did a summarization of technological innovation in small and mediumenterprises: including the concepts of small and medium enterprises and technologicalinnovation, the characters,advantages and disadvantages of technological innovation in smalland medium enterprises, and the strategies of technological innovation which are suitable forsmall and medium enterprises.On the basis of traditional technological innovation and the experiences in developedcountries, I analyzed the technological innovation actuality of small and medium enterprises inour country, and summarized the factors that block the innovation.In order to improve the level of technological innovation in small and medium enterprises, amechanism model of technological innovation was founded, which was composed of enterprisemanagement system (including prompting, decision-making, operating and innovation diffusingmechanism) and exterior supporting system (including law, policy, financing and agencyserving). After the model, some idiographic suggestions were brought forward. |
