Company's financial failure is usually a gradual worsening course. It is very important to find out the listed company's financial crisis signals and take the effective adjustment measures to the operators, the creditors, the investors and so on. Over the past three decades, the prediction of firm financial failure has been of considerable interest to accounting and financial economists.This paper uses The Du Pont System to analysis the listed companies of financial failure, and finds that we may obtain some early warning signals by analyzing of the information of the financial reports and the others beyond the reports. By introducing and appraising the domestic and foreign predicting model foundation, this paper select the logistic regression method to found the model of our country, and utilize the real diagnosis analytic method to verify the model finally.
